Has MLK's "dream" been realized? - Income

Topic - Income
African Americans and Asians have trekked through a long financial journey. African Americans Have increased there financial median by about 7000 dollars in the last seven years. and the range between African Americans and Whites has decreased showing more equality. income by families since 1980 has increased by 8000 dollars.

African Americans are still facing some problems as well as women. women have a 12000 dollar difference compared to men for financial income. and the median between whites and blacks is also still pretty great, this could be changed still.

I have a few suggestions. I think that education standards could be raised and African Americans might be forced to try harder in school. if this can happen more people might be inspired to go to collage, meaning more people applying for better jobs and getting them. this would close the financial margin between African Americans (other minority groups) and whites.
